Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Payment All sessions are conducted online via a secure video conferencing platform. Sessions must be booked in advance through the official scheduling system. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and other secure checkout options provided at booking. 2. Cancellations & Refunds To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the session are non-refundable, but the session may be rescheduled if the cancellation request is submitted at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling. No-shows are considered cancellations and are not eligible for refund or reschedule. 3. Rescheduling You may reschedule your session only if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is not guaranteed for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session. To request a reschedule, please use the link provided in your confirmation email or contact us directly. 4. Late Arrivals Please log in a few minutes early to ensure a smooth start. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened and cannot be extended. 5. Client Responsibility These mentoring sessions are not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or medical advice. By booking, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your personal and professional decisions before, during, and after the session. 6. Confidentiality All sessions are conducted in a confidential, respectful, and non-judgmental space. Your personal information and session content will never be shared without your written consent, except where required by law.
