1.1 The website at omlifecompass.com (the “Website”) is operated by OM Life Compass LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“OM Life Compass,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
1.2 These Terms apply only to the Website. They do not grant access to the OM Life Compass application. Access to the application, including the beta, is governed by its own Beta Terms of Use, which you must accept separately.

3.1 Places in the OM Life Compass beta are limited. Submitting an application does not guarantee a place, and OM Life Compass may accept or decline any application at its discretion, without giving reasons.
3.2 You agree that the information you submit is accurate and is your own.
3.3 OM Life Compass may change the timing, scope or availability of the beta, or end it, at any time.

4. interfere with the Website’s operation, including by introducing malicious code or by overloading it;

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
5.1 The Website and its content, including the OM Life Compass name, logo, taglines, text, graphics, design and descriptions of the method and frameworks, are owned by OM Life Compass or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law.
5.2 You may view and print Website content for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our prior written permission.

5.3 If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.
6. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
6.1 The Website describes OM Life Compass, a platform for self-observation and personal reflection. Its content is general information about the platform and its frameworks, including Esoteric Psychology, esoteric astrology and the Seven Cycles.
